2. Services offered
We provide creative and technical services including, but not limited to:
- Logo design and brand identity
- Branding and marketing design
- Website design, UI/UX design and website development
- Ecommerce, Shopify and application development
- Search, social, content and video services
- Custom design solutions
All services are delivered according to the package or custom agreement selected by the client.
3. Revision policy
We offer revisions according to the package selected.
- Revisions are free for as long as the original concept remains unchanged
- Revision turnaround is typically 24 to 48 hours
- Major changes or a new concept may be treated as a new order and quoted separately
4. Payment terms
All payments are made in advance or according to agreed milestones.
- Work begins only once payment is confirmed
- Additional services or upgrades may carry extra charges
- Where we manage advertising, ad budget is paid by you directly to the platform
All fees exclude applicable taxes.
5. Refund policy
Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
- Refund eligibility depends on the stage the project has reached
- No refunds are issued after design approval or final delivery
- Website and application projects are not refundable once deployed
6. Project delivery
Initial design concepts are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
- Rush delivery may be available at additional cost, subject to capacity
- Final files are delivered by email or through your client account
Delivery timelines vary depending on project scope and how quickly the client responds.
7. Client responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide clear and accurate project requirements
- Give timely feedback and approvals
- Review updates through the account area or by email
- Confirm they own or have permission to use any material supplied to us
Delays in communication may affect project timelines.
8. Account and communication
- Clients are responsible for monitoring their account area and email
- We are responsible only for communication sent through our official channels:

We are not responsible for communication received from unauthorized sources. If anything looks unusual, call a number listed on this site before acting on it.
9. Intellectual property
Ownership and usage rights are governed by our rights to use policy.
- Clients receive usage rights unless full ownership is purchased
- Full copyright transfer requires additional payment
Third party assets such as fonts, stock imagery, music and plugins are licensed rather than owned, on terms set by the supplier. Keeping those licenses current after handover is the client’s responsibility.
10. Quality assurance
We ensure that all designs are:
- Created from the brief you provide
- Original and custom made
- Produced after proper research
We offer revisions until satisfaction within the scope of the package selected.
11. Domain and hosting
- Domain and hosting may be included in selected website packages
- Email accounts may be provided depending on the hosting arrangement with us
- Third party hosting may limit certain services and performance standards
12. Project inactivity
- Projects with no activity for 60 days may be marked inactive
- Reactivation may require additional charges
- Resources reserved for an inactive project may be reassigned
13. Limitation of liability
Premier Design Agency is not liable for:
- Losses arising from delays caused by the client
- Third party issues including hosting, domains, plugins and platforms
- Misuse of delivered designs after handover
We do not guarantee search engine rankings, advertising performance, traffic, leads, revenue or app store approval, as these depend on factors outside our control.
14. Unique design guarantee
We guarantee that all designs are created from scratch.
Should a delivered design prove substantially similar to an existing design, we will provide a revision or redesign at no cost. Trademark searching and registration remain the client’s responsibility and should go through a qualified trademark attorney.
