UI/UX Design Services

What We Do

UI and UX design for web, mobile and SaaS

Interface design is one discipline whatever it runs on. The constraints change between a phone, a browser and a dashboard, but the questions do not.

Premier Design Agency designs products across every surface they appear on. Websites, iOS and Android apps, web applications, admin dashboards and ecommerce. We research how people actually use the thing, structure it around that, then design an interface that holds together as the product grows.

Website Design and UI/UX Services

A lot of redesigns make things worse

Your existing users have learned where everything is. Moving it because the interface looks dated costs you that knowledge, and the numbers usually dip before they recover, if they recover. We measure what people currently do before proposing changes, and on more than one project the honest recommendation has been to fix four screens rather than redesign forty. If your product is working and merely looks old, say so and we will scope the smaller job.

Scope

What a UI/UX project covers

Six workstreams. Smaller engagements run fewer, and we say which ones you can skip.

Research

User research services for product teams: interviews, analytics review and watching people use what exists today. Opinions lose to recordings.

Structure and flows

Information architecture and the route through a task, mapped before any screen is drawn. Most usability problems are structural, not visual.

Wireframes and prototypes

Wireframing and prototyping services producing something clickable on a real device, so problems surface in Figma rather than in code.

Interface design

Figma ui ux design services covering type, colour, spacing, states and components, drawn for the platform rather than resized between them.

Design systems

Design system development services with documented components and rules, so your team ships new screens without redesigning the basics each time.

Testing

Usability testing services with real users on the prototype, plus accessibility ux audit services against WCAG before anything reaches development.

Platforms

Every surface your product appears on

The same team across all of them, which is why a customer moving from your site to your app does not feel the join.

Websites

Marketing sites and landing pages, including landing page ui ux design services where one screen carries the whole conversion.

Mobile apps

Mobile app ui ux design services for iOS and Android, designed to platform conventions rather than one layout stretched across both.

Web applications

Web app ui design services for tools people use daily, where speed of task completion matters more than first impressions.

SaaS products

Saas ui ux design services covering onboarding, empty states, billing and the settings screens that decide whether people stay.

Dashboards

Dashboard ui ux design services for reporting and admin, where the hard part is deciding what not to show.

Ecommerce

Ecommerce ux design services across product, category and checkout, measured on completed orders rather than opinion.

How it runs

Our design process, stage by stage

Each stage ends with something you approve before we move on.
Stage 1
Research
Interviews, analytics and watching people use what exists. You get the findings whether or not you continue.
Stage 2
Structure
Flows and information architecture. We settle what each screen is for before anyone opens a colour picker.
Stage 3
Prototype
Wireframes made clickable and tested on a real device, which is where most of the problems get found.
Stage 4
Interface
Full visual design built on a component system, so consistency is structural rather than a matter of discipline.
Stage 5
Handover
Figma files, documented components, states and specs, packaged for whoever builds it.

Start with a UX audit

We review your product against how people actually use it and send a ranked list of what is costing you conversions or users. Take it in house, to another agency, or back to us. If you continue with us the fee comes off the project.

Questions

Questions product teams ask before hiring a designer

01
How much does UI/UX design cost?
A UX audit is $1,500. Full product design starts at $7,500 and a design system at $12,000. Screen count matters, but research depth matters more. Designing something users already understand costs less than designing a category that does not exist yet.
02
What is the difference between UI and UX?
UX is whether someone can do what they came to do. UI is what they see while doing it. A product can pass one and fail the other, which is why a beautiful app with a confusing signup flow still loses users. We do both because separating them in practice does not work.
03
Do you only design websites?
No. Websites, iOS and Android apps, web applications, dashboards, SaaS products and ecommerce. The craft is the same across all of them and the constraints differ, which is why the platform is one of the first things we establish.
04
Can you design without building it?
Yes, and roughly half our design work is handed to somebody else's developers. You get Figma source, documented components, every state and responsive specs. That pack is written for a developer who has never spoken to us.
05
Do you test with real users?
Five users on the prototype is included in product design projects. Five sounds low and finds most of what is wrong. Larger studies are available when the stakes justify them, and we will tell you when they do not.
06
We have a design system already. Can you work in it?
Yes, and we prefer it. We will flag where the system is missing pieces or where a pattern is being stretched past what it was built for, but working inside your existing components is faster and cheaper than starting again.
07
How long does a project take?
Five business days for an audit, four to six weeks for product design, six to eight for a design system. Your review turnaround is the main variable, which is why we agree review points at the start rather than chasing approvals later.
08
Is accessibility included?
Contrast, focus states, keyboard navigation and text sizing are checked against WCAG AA on every project as standard. Full certification against a legal requirement is a bigger exercise and we will scope that separately if you need it.
09
Do we own the files?
Yes, from final payment. Editable Figma source with named layers and components, plus the documentation. Nothing stays on our account and no licence applies.
